By downloading or using the On-Device AI application ("the app"), these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the app. This Service is provided by Zijie ("I", "me", "my") and is intended for use as is.

Intellectual Property and Usage Restrictions

The app itself, along with all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to Zijie.

You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or my trademarks in any way. You must not attempt to extract the source code of the app, translate the app into other languages, or create derivative versions.

Service Provision and Modifications

I am committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, I reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. I will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you're paying for.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zijie resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
